You will need the following to rent a vehicle.

1. Be 21+ years old

2. Have a valid driver’s license

3.. Have Full Coverage Auto Insurance – If you only have liability insurance, we provide Rental Collision Protection (RCP)

4. Have a credit card in your name – If you only have a debit card please give us a call

5. Pay the $250 Security Deposit

AITF Auto Rentals charge a $250 refundable security deposit on all rental reservations. 

We understand that unforeseen situations happen. This is why there will be no additional cost to any vehicle that is returned up to 30 minutes late. AITF Auto Rentals can charge the following amounts for additional usage:

– 31 minutes – 2 hours late = ½ Day Charge
– More than 2 hours late = 1 Day + $50* late return fee.
– AITF Auto Rentals reserves the right to deduct the additional and late return fee from the deposit.

If you were in an accident while driving our rental vehicle you should do the following:

– Report the accident to police and obtain a police accident report 

– Contact AITF Auto Rentals at (267) 944-2554  as soon as the police have been notified

Rental vehicles come with a free 250 miles per day. Any miles driven over what is allowed will be charged an additional fee.

*Unlimited miles can be selected as an add on upon checking out for an additional fee.*

Unfortunately, no pets and no smoking in the vehicle. A pet/smoking fee will be applied when any pet hair, cigarette ash, cigarette butt, smoking odor or any smoking evidence is present at check out.
