I had a last min need for a rental for a work trip. The local agencies were all out of cars. Leaving me truly high and dry given my own car is in the shop. Richard was amazing and worked with me to make it happen. Communication was a breeze and he was so helpful. Checked in mid trip. Check in and out was contact less and easy. This car is also amazing in great shape and very clean. Highly recommend. Great to work with. Know who I will use next time for sure!
