Renter’s Collision Protection is offered by AITF Auto Rentals  and costs are separate from the daily rental amount. The renter understands that this product will pay for only collision damage done to this rental vehicle with a $250.00 deductible, which will be obtained from either the renter’s initial deposit and/or captured from the payment method used at the time of booking.

The Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Renter’s Collision Protection, which are provided to the renter here.

The renter will be liable for any damage caused to the rental vehicle which is not covered by applicable insurance policy. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused while driving under the influence, speeding, and driving in violation of applicable state and local laws or ordinances.

All rental contracts come with a mileage allowance of 250 miles per day. There will be a $0.99/mile charge for any mileage overages. If you happen to need more miles than what is allowed, please contact us prior to your trip. Unlimited mileage is something that we offer and can be found at checkout under “Trip Add Ons”.

Smoking Policy
There is no smoking of any kind allowed in any of our rental vehicles. Violation of this agreement will end in a fine being issued to the renter at a minimum of $250. This fee will ultimately depend on if there is any smell and/or physical damages to the vehicle being rented.
Pet Policy

No Pets are allowed in any of our vehicles due to safety concerns (allergies, etc.) of future renters.

Late Policy
We understand that unforeseen situations happen. This is why there will be no additional cost to any vehicle that is returned up to 30 minutes late. AITF Auto Rentals can charge the following amounts for additional usage:
Your Personal Property
You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal property (including a vehicle) or that of any other person, that we received, handled or stored, or that was left or carried in or on the Vehicle or in any service vehicle or in our offices, whether or not the loss or damage was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility.
Payment & Security Deposit

Payment is due upon booking to reserve the date/time chosen. Refundable security deposits are held at the time of pickup and start at $250. If you book with a debit card, deposits can be $250 or more depending on your insurance deductibles. For extended trips, an additional $250 deposit will be due every three weeks. Deposits can not be used to extend your booking. Deposits are used in the event there is damage, tolls, tickets, fuel reimbursement, or fees not included in the rental agreement.

Any other unsatisfied expenses incurred on the trip will be charged by AITF’s Auto Rentals to the renter’s card on file.

The renter is responsible for replacing the missing fuel.  If not, the fuel receipt plus $20 convenience fee will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the trip

Security deposits are returned to the same card used, 30 days following the trip end to ensure tickets that arrive by mail will be paid. Yet, every transportation authority has a different billing cycle, which means Stealth Auto Rentals may not receive the ticket and send you an invoice until several months after your trip ends. That means your host may not receive notice of a ticket until long after your trip has ended. In the event of a ticket being received months after the trip has ended, Stealth Auto will contact the renter directly for payment. The renter must agree that they are still responsible for paying the fine. All fines received will be plead guilty. Stealth Auto will not dispute fines on the renter’s behalf, with the billing agencies. Non payment after two notices will result in forwarding information to our collection agency.
